Little Pumpkins East Croydon

The latest and largest addition to the Little Pumpkins Nursery chain is our East Croydon branch, located in the heart of Croydon. With just a 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to East Croydon train station, this branch is perfect for those commuting into the city. Alternatively, we have a forecourt for those who drive so that you can safely drop off and collect your child. This nursery is also in the catchment area of a number of outstanding Primary Schools, as rated by Ofsted. These include, St Thomas Ark Oval Primary Academy and St. Mary's Catholic School.

Our East Croydon branch boosts a large offering of 96 places spread across 4 floors and our aim is to ensure that each and every child is provided with the highest possible standard of care at every stage of their development through our highly qualified and experienced staff who recognise the importance of the wellbeing and nurture of children’s development.

Before opening in October 2020, the nursery was fully renovated and designed to ensure that every room is engaging and practical with modern equipment indoors and outdoors, providing a stimulating and exciting environment for the children in our care. The nursery has been purpose-built with stimulating contrasts and small bursts of colour to actively encourage learning. 

One of our stand out features is our outdoor area, which has a uniquely built climbing frame. Being outside the classroom supports the development of healthy and active lifestyles by offering children opportunities for physical activity, freedom and movement, and promoting a sense of well-being. Outdoor play also supports children’s problem-solving skills and nurtures their creativity, as well as providing rich opportunities for their developing imagination, inventiveness and resourcefulness. 

Our East Croydon branch is open Monday - Friday between 7:30am – 6:00pm, 51 weeks of the year, excluding public bank holidays.
